In this section you will find our answers to your most frequently asked questions on orders, shipments, purchases and deliveries, on registration to the site and on all the services that www.inperi.com offers you.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM I WANT IS AVAILABLE?
The products presented by INPERI correspond to our available items. If you do not find your size, ask to be notified when it will be available again by clicking on “Product Request”. We will keep you informed by email.

HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS THAT I INTEREST?
Buying on www.inperi.com is fast and instinctive. Click on the product you like best to access the relevant product sheet and you will see in detail all the relevant information on the article itself. To add it to your cart click on the ‘add to cart’ button. You will be automatically redirected to the first page of the shopping cart (or ‘Cart’), where you can decide whether to complete the purchase or continue shopping for other items. If you decide to continue your purchases, while browsing continue to see the image of the ‘cart’ with its contents, along with the total value of your shopping. After shopping, to proceed with the order, click on ‘Check out’. Remember that on the first page of the cart you can also change the quantity of items you wish to purchase or remove them. If you want to complete the purchase immediately, if you are a registered user please log in or register with the site if you have not already done so. You can complete the purchase even without registration. You will be asked to choose a shipping and billing address. In the next step you will be offered to choose between the payment methods available (cash on delivery only for shipments on Italian territory, credit card, paypal or bank transfer). Finally you can select the type of shipment you want. INPERI reminds you that payment is completely secure, as credit card data is protected from unauthorized access by encrypted transfer of SSL data (‘Secure Socket Layer’), not accessible to third parties. Finally, after making the appropriate checks on your transaction, the information on your order will be sent to www.INPERI.COM and a message of thanks will inform you that your purchase has been completed with succes

HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE DISPLAYED PRODUCT?
Click on the product of your interest first. This will allow you to see the product sheet, containing the detailed information of the article. Then, to place the order, click on ‘Add to cart’.

HOW CAN I RECOVER MY ID AND PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your login password, click on “Login / Register” at the top right of the screen and then on “I forgot my password”. A new password will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

HOW CAN I REGISTER IN INPERI?
To register, click on the “Login / Register” tab at the top right of the screen on the home page. Continue the procedure by filling out the form in the “New customer” space. In case of difficulty, contact our customer service and you will receive an answer as soon as possible. HOW CAN I FIND THE PRODUCT I LOOK FOR?
Starting from the Home Page, you have several possibilities: if you want to find out what www.inperi.com offers you, enter the shop and browse using the search filters. if you want to find a specific product, specify in the “Search” box one or more terms related to your search and you will see a list of products related to the searched word.

WHAT IS AND HOW DOES THE “PROMOTIONAL CODE” WORK?
The ‘promotional code’ is a discount coupon that is provided to you for special promotions. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you via a special Newsletter during special events. If you have one, you only need to enter the code in the field that you can find on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS I CAN PURCHASE?
Generally there are no limits, either in quantity or in amount. However, www.inperi.com may reserve the right to limit the purchase of certain particular limited series products.

WHERE CAN I FIND SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT?
On our site, click on the products that interest you: you can view each model and next to the images, a description informs you of the characteristics and the composition of the product.

WHEN THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE IS CONCLUDED?
After entering the data required for payment you will be directed to the confirmation page of the purchase, containing the number and the date of the order. A thank you message at the center of the page will inform you that the purchase process has been completed successfully. Finally, you will receive an email containing the details of the order you submitted and confirmation that it has been correctly received. If you have not received any communication within 24 hours, please write to info@inperi.com

FILL THE CART MY OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE?
Not at all. You can do all the tests you want and then decide not to complete your order despite having inserted products in the ‘cart’.
